The School of Wigs sells digital products exclusively. Nothing is physically shipped. All products are delivered electronically after purchase.
Overview
The School of Wigs specializes in digital education, including online courses, eBooks, guides, worksheets, and downloadable resources. Because everything we sell is digital, there is no physical shipping involved. All products are delivered electronically, directly to the email address associated with your purchase.
How Your Products Are Delivered
After your purchase is completed through our Shopify storefront, your digital products are delivered in one of two ways depending on what you purchased:

Online Courses: You will receive an email with instructions to access your course on our Thinkific platform. Create or log in to your Thinkific student account to begin learning.

Digital Downloads (eBooks, guides, worksheets, templates): A download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Click the link to access and save your file.
Important
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your delivery email within a few minutes of purchase. Delivery emails are sent from hello@theschoolofwigs.com. Add this address to your contacts to ensure delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are typically delivered instantly upon completion of your purchase. In rare cases, please allow up to 1–2 business days if there are any technical or processing delays. If you have not received access within 2 business days of your purchase, please contact our support team right away.
Note on Course Access
If you purchased a course, your Thinkific account must be registered using the same email address you used at Shopify checkout. If you use a different email for Thinkific, your enrollment may not link automatically. Contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Incorrect or Undelivered Email
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address entered during checkout is accurate and accessible. Digital products are delivered exclusively to the email address associated with your order. If you believe you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us immediately at hello@theschoolofwigs.com with your order number so we can update your delivery information before access is granted.
The School of Wigs is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital product or course after purchase, please reach out to our support team before assuming there is an error with your order. Common issues and quick fixes include:
- Check your spam or junk folder for the delivery or access email
- Ensure you are logging into Thinkific with the same email used at checkout
- Try a different browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Confirm your internet connection is stable before attempting to stream or download

No Physical Shipping
The School of Wigs does not ship any physical products. No tracking numbers, shipping labels, or carrier services are involved with any of our orders. If you received a shipping confirmation email from a third-party carrier claiming to be associated with your School of Wigs order, please contact us immediately as this may indicate fraudulent activity.
International Access
Because our products are delivered digitally, they are accessible worldwide as long as you have a reliable internet connection and a compatible device. Please note that The School of Wigs is based in the United States and all prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees, which is outside of our control.
